Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via Shiprocket, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days from the date of your order. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with most orders arriving within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Packaging
All orders are packaged with the utmost care, using extra materials as necessary to avoid any damage during transit.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by Shiprocket, Toy Collector will not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. For any such issues, please contact Shiprocket with your tracking details.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the package. These charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within India.
Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, Toy Collector will not be responsible for reshipment costs or delays. Re-delivery will only be processed once the reshipping fees are paid.
Non-Liability Post Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched and picked up from our shop, Toy Collector is no longer liable for the package. Any concerns regarding damage or loss in transit should be directed to Shiprocket.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address at the time of placing your order. We cannot accommodate address change requests after dispatch.
